Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns, but only if we (the seller) are at fault. This includes manufacturing defects, incorrect description or incorrect item. As each item is made to order, at this time we are unable to offer a blanket return policy.

The cloak was exactly as pictured. The only change I requested was a rounded hood instead of a pointed one and they delivered. I highly recommend this item.
