Tooled, dyed, and assembled 100% by hand. Each charm is unique and colors will vary slightly, adding to its character.

Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns, but only if we (the seller) are at fault. This includes manufacturing defects, incorrect description or incorrect item. As each item is made to order, at this time we are unable to offer a blanket return policy.

It's absolutely perfect and arrived on time. I ordered this for my boyfriend as a Christmas present and requested they put his name on the back.
